Ann Marie Hill-Brixey
Wales
Water icy cold,
Tumbling down the craggy stones,
Sparkling crystal rill.
Soft snowy mantles,
Cover frost blackened bracken,
Protect until spring.
High rugged mountains,
Cloud covered jagged ridges,
Wales splendid beauty.
Hillside farms below,
Lush carpeted fields of green,
Like a crazy quilt.
Gray stoned battlements,
Indomitable spirits,
Wales proud heritage.

I enjoyed this, Ann. Very nice. Please post more poetry!
